How to Retrieve Tickets Issued

Begin by logging into the EPICOR system with your provided username and password.

Locate the Job Tracker button on the home page.

Enter the job number that you wish to check progress on.

Then press tab. If the job number is valid the following image will be displayed.

Locate the Job Details tab and select it. The image below points to the Job Details tab.

Locate the Material Tr... tab on the bottom row of tabs. The image below points to the location of the Material Tr... tab.

After selecting the Material Tr.. tab, click the retrieve button so the system will look up and list all tickets previously issued.

TIP: Each style of material must be retrieved separately. The various styles that were issued for the job are located to teh left of the screen. The image below points to where the styles are listed. By selecting a different style and clicking retrieve all tickets issued for that material will be displayed.
