Summation and Counter Features

Begin by logging into the EPICOR system with your provided username and password.

Locate the Job Tracker button on the home page.

Enter the job number that you wish to check progress on.

Then press tab. If the job number is valid the following image will be displayed.

Select Mfg. Reciept tab located to the top right.

Click the retrieve button.

Right click the Quantity cell of the table displayed.

Select the Show Summaries.. option.

click the summation symbol.

Select the Count and/or Sum box then click OK.

All summaries selected will be displayed at the bottom of the Mfg. Receipts page.
TIP: Negative entries are also listed. So, for each negative entry subtract two from the count. This will offset the count for the negative entry as well as the invalid ticket.
TIP: This process can be used for all areas of EPICOR where tickets are issued or retrieved.
